This Explicit Consent Text explains the situations where Alanya Can Dialysis Centre may request your separate consent for the processing of personal data, sensitive health data, marketing communications, and certain international data transfers.

1. Explicit Consent for Health Data Processing
I understand that health-related information and medical documents are considered sensitive personal data.

I consent to the processing of the medical information and documents I choose to share with Alanya Can Dialysis Centre, including epicrisis reports, hepatitis results, and other documents that may be necessary for treatment planning, medical document review, and patient coordination.

I understand that treatment can only be confirmed after medical document review and clinical evaluation by the medical team.
2. Explicit Consent for Communication by Email and WhatsApp
I consent to being contacted by Alanya Can Dialysis Centre by email, phone or WhatsApp for the purposes of responding to my enquiry, reviewing treatment availability, coordinating patient communication, requesting necessary documents and planning dialysis treatment, accommodation support and transfer support where applicable.
3. Explicit Consent for International Data Transfers
I understand that some service providers used for website hosting, email, communication, analytics, advertising, cloud storage, or patient coordination may process data outside Türkiye.

Where required by applicable law, I consent to the transfer of my personal data and, where necessary, my health-related data to service providers located outside Türkiye for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice.
4. Optional Marketing Communication Consent
I consent to receiving informational, promotional, or follow-up communications from Alanya Can Dialysis Centre by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
