Scope of Services

Alanya Can Dialysis Centre provides hemodialysis services and international patient coordination for adult patients.

The services described on this website may include:

Holiday dialysis coordination

Accommodation support
Transfer support for treatment days
Communication support by email, phone or WhatsApp

Treatment planning is subject to medical document review, clinical evaluation, treatment availability and the decision of the medical team.

Accommodation and Transfer Support

Accommodation support may be available depending on treatment planning, eligibility assessment and apartment availability.

Accommodation support is provided through apartments owned by the dialysis centre at the New Premium site. Companion accommodation may be included depending on the patient’s treatment and stay plan.

Transfer support between the accommodation and the dialysis centre is provided by the dialysis centre’s own vehicle for treatment days. Regular site shuttle services may also be available between the accommodation site, city centre and beach areas.

Accommodation and transfer support are not medical services. They are coordinated as logistical support for eligible patients and companions.

No Guarantee of Coverage or Reimbursement

Before a patient’s admission process is completed, coverage or insurance-related information may be checked. The patient is then informed before the planning process continues.

Alanya Can Dialysis Centre does not guarantee insurance approval, reimbursement, coverage outcome or payment by any third-party institution. Coverage and reimbursement decisions remain subject to the relevant insurer, institution or public/private payer.
