The centre may request medical documents such as an epicrisis report and hepatitis results before confirming the planning process. Additional documents may be requested depending on the patient’s condition.

The services described on this website are intended for adult dialysis patients. Pediatric dialysis treatment is not offered through this website.

Emergency Situations

This website, the contact form, email and WhatsApp channels are not emergency communication channels.

Although the dialysis centre has medical staff and an emergency room within the facility, situations that require urgent or advanced medical intervention may be referred to emergency medical services or a hospital.

Patients are responsible for confirming their own insurance, reimbursement, and travel health coverage with the relevant institution before travelling.

Accommodation and Transfer

Accommodation and transfer support are not medical services.

Accommodation support may be available depending on treatment planning, eligibility assessment, and apartment availability. Transfer support may be coordinated for treatment days. These services are logistical support and do not replace medical care, nursing care, or emergency medical support.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Alanya Can Dialysis Centre does not guarantee any medical outcome, insurance result, travel outcome, reimbursement result, or accommodation availability.

Each patient’s planning process is evaluated individually.
